Description

On the last morning, an hour before departing to the airport, John Chao met Mahmod Abdo, who graciously invited him in to take pictures from a restaurant he manages. Quick moving clouds came in to play with the sun.  As Mahmod fed a stray cat with her cubs, the photographer saw the plight of their ancestral forefathers who toiled under the same shadows of the Great Pyramids. This image is also available as a limited-edition poster.
